Max Wosnitza currently pursues a bachelor degree in Economics at the University of Mannheim. Since his young years, Max had a special interest into political, economic and social issues. Therefore he found himself early engaged in the local amnesty international youth group, as well as being a member of a city councils planning body for educational development in his hometown Emden. After starting his studies, Max added a global perspective to his earlier experiences, joining the Model United Nations Society, sense the importance of intercultural exchange. An aspect, which is central in the outline of his social venture Connect, founded to provide aid during the refugee crisis. Next to his studies and work in different projects, Max enjoys his free time traveling, reading, playing basketball and spending time with his family. He sees his professional future working in the development economics area, aiming at reducing economic inequalities and world’s poverty.
