Our Team

Our Leadership comes from the public, private and nonprofit sectors, from large multinational corporations and small, entrepreneurial businesses.

  • Board of Directors. Resolution’s Directors govern the organization and manage its strategy and growth.
  • Resolution Ambassadors. Our Ambassadors are leaders in the social sector whose personal achievements align with Resolution’s mission. Their role encompasses providing advice to Resolution’s leadership team, assistance through their experience and relationships, and support to our Resolution Fellows.
  • Advisory Board. This team of experienced and expert advisers supports the Board in managing and growing Resolution, counseling and providing guidance on everything from strategy to challenges faced by Resolution Fellows in the field.
  • Leadership Council. These accomplished, dedicated volunteers staff expert internal Working Groups and assist in partnerships and development activities.
  • Guides. These talented, motivated volunteers serve on the front line as mentors for our Resolution Fellows.
  • Staff. Our experienced, professional staff carries out Resolution’s day-to-day activities, and work with the Officers and Leadership Council to implement Resolution’s long-term programmatic and development strategies.

Brandon Liu
Tech in the World

Brandon Liu worked with Joshua Lee on the Venture Tech in the World in Cambridge, MA. After completing his BA in Computer Science at Harvard University in 2014, he received a Master of Science Degree in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London in 2015, and a Master of Science Degree in Political Sociology at the London School of Economics in 2016.

Dan Cahill
Making the Most of Water

Dan Cahill worked with Betsy Graves on the Venture Making the Most of Water in Nyanza Province, Kenya. He is now a Resolution Guide and is currently in the Coast Guard.

A Global Voice for Autism
Melissa Diamond

Melissa founded A Global Voice for Autism in 2013 to bring Applied Behavioral Analysis techniques to a family center in Jenin, West Bank, training mothers to deliver this important therapy to their children and also providing a support group for those mothers.

 

Sustainabears
Maryli Cheng, Jim Jin, Shilpa Mokshagundam, Whitley O'Connor

In order to reduce the vast amount of polystyrene foam degrading in landfills, Resolution Fellows Maryli Cheng, Jim Jin, Shilpa Mokshagundam, and Whitley O'Connor, are repurposing packing foam as filling for teddy bears.  

Hussein Hassan
Community Led Total Sanitation

Hussein Hassan is working on the Venture Community Led Total Sanitation in Bossaso, Somalia. He is currently a public health professional in Northern Somalia. 

Harald Oswin
Geyserflicker

Harald Oswin is working with Barry McKenna on the Venture Geyserflicker in Johannesburg, South Africa. He is currently a student at Harvard University.
