Resolution Fellows are passionate undergraduate students with creative ideas for solving social problems, but they often lack the advisory resources and real world know-how to turn their ideas into action.
That’s where Resolution Guides come in! These mentors provide in-depth and professional quality mentorship to help these inspiring individuals implement their social ventures and build personal and professional leadership skills.
Resolution Guides are deeply engaged in our mission, and are the front line of interaction with Fellows.
We chose the word “Guide” for this role because our Guides enrich the experience of social entrepreneurship for our Fellows. Guides empower Fellows to become true entrepreneurs by advising them at every step along the way, without directing them with prescribed instructions or action steps. With training, support from Guide Leaders, and a robust network of advisors, each Guide team provides an ecosystem of support to help our Fellows learn along the way and discover success as socially-responsible leaders. The position requires no previous social venture experience, just a passion for helping young people improve the world.

The Guide role is crucial to Resolution’s success and we take great pride in the dedication, quality, and passion of our mentors who support tomorrow's leaders in taking action today. Thank you for your interest.
