  • Andrew U. Harris

    Andrew U. Harris, Vice-Chair

    Andrew Harris is a Vice President at Forum Capital Partners, a New York-based broker-dealer that serves as placement agent and fund raising adviser for private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds worldwide. Prior to joining Forum in 2005, he was an Associate with Broadgate Consultants, a New York-based strategic communications advisory firm dedicated to the private equity industry. Andrew has a B.A. with Departmental Honors in History from Columbia University.

  • Lior Ipp

    Lior Ipp, Member-at-Large

    Lior is the Director of Programming for Ashoka’s Youth Venture (YV) where he oversees the development and strategy of programming throughout the US, Europe, Africa, and Israel. Prior to joining YV, Lior founded an educational software company in New York City. As CEO Lior supervised the development of enterprise-wide educational software products and oversaw development efforts that resulted in a client base of Fortune 100 companies, museums, and NYC public schools. Lior’s previous experiences include overseeing the largest youth enrichment programs in Brooklyn with Oasis Children’s Services, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and the United Nations University. Lior’s academic training has included undergraduate and graduate work at the University of Madrid, American University, Harvard’s J.F.K. School of Government and most recently Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education where Lior was awarded the prestigious Leadership in Education Award.

  • Howard A. Levine

    Howard A. Levine, Treasurer

    Howard Levine is an Associate with the Global Loans and Special Situations Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focuses on opportunities in distressed investments and illiquid securities. Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Howard was an Associate at Sagent Advisors, a boutique mergers and acquisitions advisory firm headquartered in New York, and an Analyst in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Citigroup Global Markets. Howard holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a BA with honors from Harvard University.

  • Oliver B. Libby

    Oliver B. Libby, Chair

    Oliver Libby is a Managing Director of Hatzimemos Partners LLC, a strategic advisory firm based in New York, focusing on the energy, infrastructure, and life sciences sectors. Oliver was previously a Vice President at a global management consulting firm, where he helped manage on the firm's private equity and energy practices. Oliver is also a Member of the Board of the philanthropic Harvard Club of New York Foundation. Oliver graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University.

  • George M. Tsiatis

    George M. Tsiatis, Executive Director

    George Tsiatis is the co-founder and Managing Director of Group 113, LLC, which is an independent consultant, creative shop and a true alternative to an in-house marketing department for small to mid-sized businesses that helps them reach their identity and business goals. George previously worked at Rubenstein Associates serving accounts including BMW-North America, the Tribeca Film Festival and CureSearch – National Childhood Cancer Foundation. George received his BA from Harvard University in Byzantine Studies and his JD from St. John's University School of Law.
