Resolution is proud to be partners with the Igniting Innovation Summit on Social Entrepreneurship at Harvard. Created and managed by the Social Innovation Collaborative, Harvard’s undergraduate-run social entrepreneurship club, the summit brings together students, academics, and leaders in the field who are passionate about developing innovative solutions to today's most pressing problems. Past Summit guests have included Paul Rice (President and CEO of Fair Trade USA), David Gergen (Harvard and CNN), Lara Galinsky (Senior Vice President of Echoing Green), and Nicholas Negroponte (One Laptop per Child). The Summit aims to highlight stories of social entrepreneurship and inspire undergraduates at top institutions to envision their own involvement in this sector. This unconventional conference will explore this theme through TED-style talks, topic-specific discussion panels, expressive workshops, and an Innovation Showcase. Resolution launched its first Social Venture Challenge on Harvard’s campus at the Igniting Innovation Summit in October 2012, and looks forward to participating in the 2013 Summit as well.
